Cincinnati Ballet is seeking a Director of Development to join its leadership team. In this role, you will lead the development team, collaborate with executive, artistic, and board leadership, and drive initiatives that advance creativity, education, and community access. Your work will inspire dance that moves our city and enriches the lives of audiences and artists.

About the Role
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Director of Development leads all fundraising efforts, including major gifts, annual giving, corporate sponsorships, foundation and government support, planned giving, and endowment growth. Reporting to the President & CEO, you’ll oversee a team of development professionals and work closely with the Artistic Director, Board of Trustees, and senior leadership to cultivate a culture of philanthropy.

Building on the momentum of a recently completed $32 million capital campaign, this role will guide the next phase of growth, including a forthcoming endowment initiative. The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative leader with a passion for the performing arts and a proven record of fundraising success.
