The Exchange: A business networking program that occurs on the third Thursday of each month. Each Exchange session features a guest speaker who can provide valuable information on issues affecting small businesses or provide resources and opportunities for small businesses. Networking for minority owned businesses is extremely important to draw support and grow.

Guest Speaker: Afton Palmer, Cincinnati Chapter President of the American Marketing Association

Afton G. Palmer is a driven and compassionate difference maker in her community. She serves as the Chapter President of the American Marketing Association - Cincinnati, where she volunteers her time and talents to support marketing communities in her area. In addition to her work with the AMA, Afton is also a dedicated employee of the University of Cincinnati, where she brings her expertise in community engagement and program development to her role. Outside of her professional work, Afton runs her own coaching business, The Reflective Lotus, where she helps individuals achieve their goals through customized coaching services. With her combination of professional expertise, volunteer service, and entrepreneurial spirit, Afton is a true inspiration to those around her. She continues to make a difference in the lives of those she touches, and her passion for service and community engagement will undoubtedly continue to inspire others to make a positive impact in their own communities
