Construction Manager

The Port has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager (CM) to oversee its office relocation project at Atrium Two, 221 E 4th Street, Cincinnati, OH. The new 15,242 RSF office space will accommodate approximately 60 employees, with a mix of private offices and workstations. The project prioritizes collaboration, acoustics, and an office design reflective of The Port’s identity.

The move-in target is June 2025, with a budget of $75 per SF for tenant improvements, covering architecture, construction, furniture, cabling, and relocation costs. The project team includes 39Forward as the owner’s representative, Cushman Wakefield for project management, GBBN as the architect, and Loth Furniture.

The selected CM will be responsible for managing subcontractors, site supervision, quality control, budgeting, and schedule adherence. Economic inclusion is a key factor, encouraging participation from Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprises.

The selection process involves a qualification review followed by a competitive bidding phase. Submissions are due by February 27, 2025, with final CM selection by April 9, 2025. The Port seeks firms with relevant experience, financial stability, and a commitment to economic inclusion.
