The Board of Clermont County Commissioners is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular 150/1500-14E from professional consulting firms interested in providing services for the development of an airport master plan for the Clermont County Airport (169).
Firms interested in obtaining the RFQ packet may contact Kennedy Briggs with the Board of County Commissioners, 101 East Main Street, Suite 329, Batavia, Ohio, 45103, at (513) 732-7909 or via e-mail at kbriggs@clermontcountyohio.gov. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday. NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CLERMONT COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
All RFQ responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: Clermont County Airport Master Plan Development RFQ. All RFQs must be received in the office of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners no later than 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at which time they shall be opened and acknowledged.
Each respondent MUST submit their RFQ in TRIPLICATE, one (1) original and one (1) copy, as well as one (1) electronic searchable/readable copy on a USB Flash Drive, with each copy stamped "COPY."
The Board of Clermont County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any info1malities, reject any or all RFQs, and hold such RFQs for ninety (90) days before taking any action. The Board of County Commissioners may request the short-listed responding firms to submit requests for proposals (RFP), in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/1500-14 E, for the development of an airport master plan.
