The Port is pleased to invite construction contractors, developers, and real estate professionals to participate in our upcoming virtual pre-qualification outreach sessions, which will be held at 11:00 AM on:
• Thursday, December 18, 2025
• Thursday, January 15, 2026

Each session will be hosted on Zoom.  You are encouraged to attend only one of the outreach sessions, as both will present the same content. To receive the link, please register in advance: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2026-contractor-outreach-at-the-port-tickets-1976665780560?aff=oddtdtcreator.
During the sessions, we will review the anticipated scopes of work for 2026 bidding, including:

• Mowing
• General property maintenance
• Tree cutting
• Securing and board-ups of properties
• Stabilizations
• Demolition
• New residential construction
• Industrial work (abatement, remediation, site preparation, etc.)
• Brownfield service capabilities.

We will also cover pre-qualification requirements including technical expertise, financial stability, safety performance, compliance history, certifications, licensing, bonding, and supporting documentation expectations.
Please note:

• We will send additional notification later with the exact window for submitting pre-qualification applications.
• Contractors who complete the process and are successfully prequalified will receive formal written confirmation that they are eligible to receive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the scopes being bid in 2026.
• Pre-qualification is the gateway to bid eligibility.  Pre-qualification does not guarantee contract award with The Port.
