The Port CARE Home Renovations - Round 13 RFP & Walkthrough Invitation

The Port Authority of Greater Cincinnati has acquired 194 single-family homes from an out-of-town investor to promote homeownership and create strong, vibrant communities. We seek proposals from general contractors to rehabilitate twelve properties. The RFP outlines the scope of work, standards, and property-specific details. Contractors must be EPA Certified RRP.
