MBAC Presents: Site Selection by the Numbers

Site Selection by the Numbers
A commercial real estate workshop for small business owners

📅 Monday, September 28 | 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC)

Picking a location is one of the biggest bets a business owner makes — and too often it's made on gut feel alone. This session walks through how to evaluate a potential site using real data: foot traffic patterns, demographic and spending trends, competitor proximity, and lease economics.

Whether you're opening your first storefront, considering a second location, or re-evaluating your current spot, you'll leave with a practical framework for comparing sites side-by-side and asking the right questions before you sign anything.
