Contact to Contracts: Cincinnati Means Business is a joint venture between the Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC), U.S. Small Business Administration and the City of Cincinnati, to help current and prospective MBEs & WBEs meet with financing specialists and procurement managers from both the government and private sector, as well as learn the importance of bidding and estimating, joint venture strategies, RFP/RFQ processes, certification requirement, and marketing trends.
