April's keynote speaker will be Dr. Melvin Gravely. Mel is the majority shareholder of TriVersity Construction Company and was named president and CEO in 2011. Under his leadership, the commercial construction firm has established itself as one of the leading companies of its kind in the Greater Cincinnati region. TriVersity has consistently grown its construction capacity by 20% per year and doubled their sales since 2009. Gravely’s success and attention is focused on building a strong executive team, developing a solid strategic business platform and paying close attention to the customer experience.

A few topics he'll discuss will be how one can do business with TriVersity, procurement opportunities and/or minority business development initiatives to note.

Furthermore, Dr. Gravely will share his personal business story, success/challenges in that journey and vision for TriVersity and how that impacts the greater community at large.
