Hello Certified Firms, Contractors, Small Business Associations, and City Staff –
Re: Bidding Opportunities (Developer hosting remote meeting): 3648 – 50 Warsaw Avenue
The CG&E Archway (now referred to as CG&E stones) is a placemaking project in East Price Hill that will reuse and repurpose the architectural pieces conserved by the East Price Hill community during the demolition of the former CG&E building that once stood at the heart of the East Price Hill Neighborhood Business District along Warsaw Avenue, where the Duke Energy substation now resides. The goal of this project is to save and reuse the building’s pieces, to honor East Price Hill’s architectural history, and to further enhance and activate St. Lawrence Square and the Warsaw Avenue Neighborhood Business District.
Developers will be hosting and conducting individual project meetings remotely. You will be able to join the meeting from the comfort of your homes or office through a computer/laptop or mobile phone. See below for instructions and the access code to enter the online meeting.
