Sean Mangan, University of Cincinnati College of Law
Sean Mangan is a Professor of Practice at UC College of Law, where he teaches transactional skills such as contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and client counseling. He also serves as the Director of the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, which provides free transactional legal services to small businesses and non-profit organizations within the Greater Cincinnati region.

Melony Bryant, Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation 
Melony Bryant joined the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) in January 2014 as the Minority & Small Business Advocate, leveraging over 30 years of experience in workers' compensation. She acts as a liaison, helping minority and small businesses navigate the BWC system while emphasizing education and feedback. Committed to supporting these businesses, Melony and the BWC focus on fostering growth within Ohio’s economy.
 
Liam McMillin, Bricker Graydon Law Firm
Liam McMillin is an attorney in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Bricker Graydon, specializing in employment litigation and advising employers on compliance issues. He has experience working at The Help Center, Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, and the civil rights firm Gerhardstein & Branch, and has clerked for Judge Michael Barrett in the Southern District of Ohio. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Liam is also passionate about community engagement and supports local artists and businesses.

Mianda Bashala, Keating Muething & Klekamp
Mianda Bashala is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group, where she advises clients on labor and employment law to help them achieve business objectives and reduce liability. She represents clients in employment litigation involving discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, and other claims under federal and state laws. Mianda also handles labor matters, including arbitrations for unionized employers, unfair labor practice proceedings, and responses to EEOC and state agency charges.

Greg Robinson helps clients navigate workplace laws, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination charges, workers' compensation, and safety regulation compliance.
