Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for full HR life cycle of all roles at La Soupe; benefits administration and evaluation; Administers Paylocity (HRIS), including training employees and managers on applicable system functions, evaluating system needs, and maintaining accurate employee records. Insure compliance with federal and state HR-centric filing and record-keeping obligations; day-to-day HR consulting with and for our staff.
