Equitas Health is a community health center and pharmacy located in Walnut Hills. We offer primary care and behavioral health services at our medical center and our pharmacy offers immunizations, free prescription delivery, over-the counter medications, and gift items. We are excited to be a community partner with the African American Chamber!
