She coaches corporate\, law firm and non-profit leaders utilizing the concepts of emotional intelligence as a performance skill.  Borders volunteers as the Chair of the Ohio Chapter of The Society of Emotional Intelligence and as the Secretary of the Board of Girl Scouts of Western Ohio.
