A graduate of Miami University\, Ms. Carter began her career in public service over 10 years ago with the City of Cincinnati\, starting her career with the City in October 2007 in Community and Economic Development. She most recently served as Assistant to the City Manager where she worked on special projects and served as the City Manager's representative to multiple organizations.\n \n\nAs Director\, Ms. Carter is responsible for administering\, enforcing\, and monitoring the Equal Employment Opportunity Program\, the Living Wage Program\, MBE/WBE/SBE certification programs\, and Local\, State & Federal Prevailing Wage laws.
