He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School.\n\n \n\nMichael is the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and the Business Courier's "Everybody Belongs Here" CLIMB Award.
