Her background includes community building\, fundraising\, and event management\, highlighted by her previous roles as Director of Community Initiatives and Communications for the Catalytic Fund and Director of Operations for Skyward.\n\n \n\n In addition to her professional endeavors\, Jill is a creative and adept communicator\, with a background in residential interior design and marketing strategy. Since joining Aviatra\, she has directly mentored over a hundred women\, providing them with the guidance and resources needed to start and grow their businesses confidently. Outside of work\, Jill remains deeply involved in her local community\, serving on various volunteer boards and organizations\, including Covington Community Montessori School and i.imagine photography.
